Apptly Health to Raise C$1 Million Via Non-Brokered Private Placement

07:04 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apptly Health Technologies (APPT.CN) intends to complete a non-brokered private placement for up to C$1 million, it said in a statement late Monday. The offering will consist of up to 8-million units at C$0.125 apiece. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant with each warrant entitling the holder to buy a share for C$0.25 at any time for a one-year period following the closing date, subject to acceleration. Proceeds are expected to be primarily used for general working capital needs. Shares of the company closed up 8.3% to C$0.13 on Monday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
