Spire Global Signs 1-Year, $4.7 Million Contract Extension With EUMETSAT

07:10 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Spire Global (SPIR) signed a one-year contract renewal and expansion, worth about 4 million euros ($4.7 million), with Europe's meteorological satellite agency EUMETSAT, the company said Tuesday. The deal extends their previous 3-million-euro contract for Spire's delivery of radio occultation weather data through August 2027, and expands the volume of atmospheric observations available for weather forecasting, the company added.
