Targa Resources Appoints Benjamin Branstetter as Finance Chief

07:22 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Targa Resources (TRGP) said Tuesday it has appointed Benjamin Branstetter as chief financial officer. Brent Secrest was named logistics and transportation president. Both appointments are effective Sept. 1. Branstetter currently holds the logistics and transportation president role. He will succeed retiring CFO William Byers, who will remain in an advisory capacity through year-end. Meanwhile, Secrest was most recently chief commercial officer at Enterprise Products Partners, Targa Resources said. Shares of the company were down over 1% in Tuesday premarket activity.
