GoGold Resources Begins Construction at Los Ricos South Project in Mexico

08:45 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- GoGold Resources (GGD.TO) has commenced site construction at the Los Ricos South project in Mexico, the silver and gold producer said Tuesday. The company has advanced detailed engineering and selected an underground mining contractor. Initial mine development is scheduled to start in January 2027. GoGold aims to achieved the first silver and gold pour in June 2028. The miner said it began construction work after completing a feasibility study in 2025 securing a project permit from the Mexican Government in June.
