CGI, AgVantis Sign Partnership Deal to Update Farm Credit Technology

08:47 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CGI (GIB) has agreed to a long-term partnership with AgVantis to update technology used by organizations in the US Farm Credit System, the company said Tuesday. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of the collaboration, CGI said it will provide cloud, software development, data and analytics services to support AgVantis' technology plans. It said the two will focus on improving operations, security and digital services for Farm Credit institutions. "Through the collaboration, CGI and AgVantis will help Farm Credit associations modernize technology operations, enhance security and resiliency and accelerate digital delivery," John Wirth, CGI's senior vice president and business unit leader, said in a statement.
