ZenaTech Acquires ESM Software, Expands Enterprise SaaS Portfolio

09:03 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ZenaTech (ZENA) said Tuesday it acquired Boston-based ESM Software, a strategy execution and performance management software provider serving government, healthcare, utilities, financial services and other customers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ZenaTech said the acquisition marks the 13th addition to its SaaS portfolio and will add recurring revenue and long-term customer relationships. ESM's software is expected to be integrated into ZenaTech's beta-stage AI-powered enterprise productivity platform, Zoo Office, expanding its strategic governance and compliance capabilities, it said. The company said the integration is intended to help customers reduce software sprawl, connect fragmented data and use AI across enterprise operations.
