09:12 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Two Harbors Investment (TWO) said Tuesday that its acquisition by CrossCountry Mortgage has closed. Under the terms of the deal, Two Harbors shareholders are receiving $12 per share in cash for each share. Shareholders as of the close of business Aug. 24 will also receive a stub-period dividend equal to $0.20326 per share, the company said.
