Integrated Quantum Appoints Husam Fezzani as CEO

09:18 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Integrated Quantum Technologies (VEIL.CN) appointed Husam Fezzani as its chief executive, it said Tuesday. Previous CEO Alan Guibord will transition to the role of board chair. Fezzani spent nearly 30 years at HSBC in various senior technology and engineering leadership roles supporting the bank's global operations, the company said. Shares of Integrated Quantum closed down 5.9% to C$0.63 on Monday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
