HydroGraph Clean Power Raises C$70.4 Million in a Bought-Deal Offering of Share Units

11:07 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- HydroGraph Clean Power (HG.CN) closed its upsized bought-deal public offering raising for C$70.4 million, it said Tuesday. The company sold underwriters 10.35-million units, including the full exercise of their over-allotment option. The units were priced at C$6.80 apiece and made up of a share and one half of a five-year warrant to buy a share for C$8.16. The company expects the proceeds to be used for business development activities, expansion of American facilities, working capital and general corporate needs. Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at C$6.01 on the Canadian Securities Exchange. Price: 6.00, Change: -0.01, Percent Change: -0.17
