01:05 PM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AstroNova (ALOT) said Tuesday that its shareholders approved the company's acquisition by Arcline Investment Management during a virtual special meeting. Over 99% of cast ballots backed the $29-per-share cash transaction, which is expected to close Wednesday. Following the completion of the merger, AstroNova will become a privately held company and its common stock will no longer be traded on the Nasdaq. Price: 28.99, Change: +0.07, Percent Change: +0.26
