US 2-Year Auction High Yield Falls From Previous Month, Demand Lower

01:06 PM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The US Treasury's 2-year auction hit a high yield of 4.204% on Tuesday, down from the 4.315% high in the previous auction. The bid to cover ratio for the auction was 2.60, below the 2.66 ratio in the previous auction. Dealers represented 53.73% of the bids, with direct bidders at 12.88% and indirect bidders at 33.39%. For takedown, dealers took 10.90%, with direct bidders at 23.09% and indirect bidders at 66.01%.
