Donaldson Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Rise; Issues Fiscal 2027 Guidance

06:16 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Donaldson (DCI) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $1.15 per diluted share, up from $1.03 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.13. Net sales for the quarter ended July 31 were $1.06 billion, compared with $980.7 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $1.04 billion. For fiscal 2027, the company said it expects earnings of $4.22 to $4.38 per share on sales growth of 5.5% to 9.5%. Analysts are looking for $4.36 and $4.14 billion, respectively. Shares of the company were 4.1% higher in Wednesday premarket activity.
