Photronics' Fiscal Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings Decline, Revenue Rises; Provides Fiscal Q4 Outlook

07:18 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Photronics (PLAB) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP net income Wednesday of $0.50 per diluted share, down from $0.51 a year earlier. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.40. Revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 2 was $216 million, up from $210.4 million a year earlier. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $208.8 million. The company said it expects fiscal Q4 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.40 to $0.56 per share and revenue of $207 million and $227 million. Three analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.42 and revenue of $215.7 million. Shares of Photronics were up 17% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
