07:46 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Abercrombie Fitch (ANF) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted net income Wednesday of $4.17 per diluted share, up from $2.33 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.99. Net sales for the quarter ended Aug. 1 were $1.27 billion, compared with $1.21 billion a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.25 billion. For fiscal Q3, the company said it expects net income of between $2.90 and $3.20 per diluted share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.84. Quarterly sales are expected to grow 5% to 6%. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.35 billion. For fiscal 2026, the company raised its net income guidance to $13.10 to $13.60 per diluted share, from $10.20 to $11.00 previously, and now expects sales growth of about 5%, compared with its prior outlook of 3% to 5%. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $10.72 and $5.45 billion, respectively. Shares of the company were up 10.4% in Wednesday premarket activity.
