Fifth Third Bancorp to Dual List on NYSE Texas

08:15 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fifth Third Bancorp (FITB) said Wednesday that it will dual list its common stock on NYSE Texas, a new electronic equities exchange based in Dallas, Texas, effective Thursday. The bank said it will maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and will trade on NYSE Texas under the same "FITB" ticker symbol. The bank said that it will invest nearly $1 billion in the Texas economy over the next five years, including 150 new financial centers by 2029. It added that 106 existing Comerica financial centers in Texas will convert to the Fifth Third brand on Sept. 8.
