Priority Technology to Acquire IntelliPay

08:42 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Priority Technology (PRTH) has agreed to acquire IntelliPay, a payments software provider serving government, education and healthcare organizations, the company said Wednesday. The acquisition will establish Priority Commerce Government and expand the company's enterprise payments business into the public sector. The new unit is expected to contribute just over $4 million in incremental revenue to Priority Commerce for the remainder of 2026.
