Neptune Digital Assets Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid

09:46 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Neptune Digital Assets' (NDA.V) notice of intention to renew its normal course issuer bid (NCIB) to buy back its outstanding common shares was accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), it said in a statement on Wednesday. The company may buy back for cancellation up to 11.4-million common shares. The renewed NCIB will start on Aug. 31 and will cancel on Aug. 30, 2027, or at such earlier time as the purchases under the NCIB are completed or the NCIB is terminated at the option of Neptune, it said.
