Nvidia Stocks Edges Lower After Results Beat Expectations -- WSJ

Nvidia reported nearly $60 billion in net income as quarterly results beat expectations for the 15th straight period.

The AI chip giant with a market value above $5 trillion reported earnings late Wednesday that included an outlook for the current quarter of $108 billion in revenue, above the consensus analyst estimate of $104.9 billion.

Shares slipped about 1% in afterhours trading. Nvidia stock of late has slumped the day after its earnings, even though results have been better than Wall Street projections.
