The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was 2.4% lower and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was up 2.5%. Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) shares were up 0.8% after the company reported higher fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue.
