04:00 PM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- JATT III Acquisition (JTTT) said Thursday it closed its initial public offering of 6.9 million ordinary shares at an offering price of $10 each, including 900,000 shares issued pursuant to over-allotment option, for gross proceeds of $69 million. The ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "JTTT" on Wednesday, the company said. AI Biotechnology, an affiliate of Access Industries, and Vianti Capital Fund I have indicated non-binding interests to participate in a private placement that may occur alongside the consummation of an initial business combination, the company added.
