Shares fell more than 3% in after-hours trading for semiconductor company Marvell Technology after the company's second-quarter earnings met analyst projections-but didn't blow them out of the water.
Stripping out certain one-time items, adjusted earnings were 94 cents a share, narrowly beating the 93 cents expected by analysts polled by FactSet. The company reported $2.74 billion in revenue, compared with analysts' estimates of $2.72 billion. Tech investors apparently weren't impressed.
