05:25 PM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- D. Boral ARC Acquisition I Corp. (BCAR) and Exascale Labs have completed their business combination, the latter said Thursday. The combined company has changed its name to Exascale Labs Holdings, the AI compute infrastructure company said. Its class A stock and warrants will begin trading on Nasdaq under the new symbols "XLAB" and "XLABW," respectively, on Aug. 28.
