Incyte Partner Knight Seeks Supplemental Approval for Minjuvi Combination in Brazil

06:26 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Incyte (INCY) partner Knight Therapeutics has submitted a supplemental application to the Brazilian health regulatory agency seeking approval for an additional indication for Minjuvi in combination with other medicines as a first-line treatment for adults with previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or high-grade B-cell lymphoma, the company said Thursday. The drug combination consists of Minjuvvi and lenalidomide added to rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone, the company said. The application is meant to expand Minjuvi in earlier lines of cancer therapy in Brazil, the company said. The supplemental submission is based on previous approvals and results from a phase 3 trial, the company said. Knight has exclusive supply and distribution rights for Incyte's Minjuvi, which is also called Monjuvi, in the US and parts of Latin America, the company said.
