Analysts polled by FactSet expected EPS of C$0.63. Total revenue decreased to C$241.7 million in the three months ended July 31, 2026, compared with C$246.8 million, a year-ago. Analysts expected revenue of C$243.7 million. The company's board declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.47 per common share, unchanged from the prior quarter. This dividend is payable on Oct. 30, to shareholders of record on Oct. 1. Its board also approved the termination of the Bank's Shareholder Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan, effective Sept. 30.
