Thesis Gold & Silver Raises C$58.5 Million in Private Placement Offering of Shares

09:32 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Thesis Gold & Silver (TAU.V) Thursday evening said it raised C$58.5 million through a private placement offering of shares and charity flow-through shares. AngloGold Ashanti also raised its equity stake in the company to 9.7% from 5%, a statement said. The offering consisted of 8.34-million shares at C$3.41 each for C$28.5 million proceeds and 6.3-million charity flow through shares priced at C$4.67, for C$20 million in proceeds. Thesis Gold shares closed up C$0.01 to C$3.69 Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
