04:51 PM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- B2Gold (BTG) said Friday a fatality occurred at its Masbate gold project in the Philippines after a pipe burst while the employee was performing scheduled maintenance at the water treatment plant. Mining and processing activities at the project continue uninterrupted, B2Gold said.
