Financial Expert Says XRP Has Only Weeks Left Below $2. Here’s the Signal
XRP could have a time remaining below $2, according to financial expert Levi. In a tweet, Levi stated that several developments could influence XRP’s price in the coming weeks, including potential progress on the Clarity Act, continued spot ETF inflows, and Ripple’s reported expansion of banking relationships across several regions.
His comments focus on the possibility that these developments could arrive while XRP remains below $2, creating a timeframe that he believes investors should closely monitor.
Levi Says XRP’s Sub-$2 Window Is Narrowing
In the video attached to his post, Levi recalled XRP’s recent move from below $1 and explained that market sentiment had been excessively negative at the time. He said some market participants had dismissed XRP as a “dead coin” and questioned whether it had a meaningful use case.
Levi then compared that earlier situation with XRP’s current position. According to him, the asset now has only weeks, rather than months, remaining below $2.
“The window under $2 has weeks left on it, not months,” Levi said in the video.
He linked his expectation to several developments that he believes could emerge in the near term. The first is the Clarity Act, which he said “might be coming soon.” The legislation is intended to establish a clearer regulatory framework for digital assets in the United States, and Levi considers potential progress on the bill an important factor for the market.
ETF Inflows and Ripple Expansion
Levi also highlighted activity surrounding spot XRP exchange-traded funds. He claimed that spot ETFs are recording increasingly large inflows and suggested this institutional demand could become more significant for XRP’s market.
Beyond ETFs, Levi pointed to Ripple’s reported expansion of relationships with financial institutions. He specifically referenced banks in Korea, Europe, and the Gulf, arguing that these developments could strengthen the broader institutional case surrounding XRP and Ripple’s financial infrastructure.
According to Levi, these developments could occur within the next few weeks. He further argued that the current XRP price does not fully reflect the potential impact of these factors.
“Every one of those things lands inside of the next few weeks,” Levi said, adding that “none of them are actually reflected on the price right now.”
Levi Urges Followers to Act Early
Levi’s forecast is based on remaining on the sidelines or positioning ahead of potential developments. He told viewers that they could “sit this one out again and watch it” or attempt to get positioned earlier.
The post also promoted a separate giveaway. Levi said he is giving away 5,000 XRP this month and asked followers to comment “XRP” to receive instructions on how to participate.
Levi’s forecast remains his own market view, not a confirmed prediction of XRP’s future price. His central argument is that regulatory developments, ETF inflows, and institutional expansion could reduce the amount of time XRP remains below $2.

VIPTradFi Focus: Where Does the RWA Market Stand Today?
1. Crypto outperformed traditional equity indexes following the rate hike, but elevated interest rates remain a key constraint on cross-asset allocation. From September 12 to 18, BTC, ETH, and SOL gained 4.83%, 3.84%, and 9.96%, respectively, while the S&P 500 edged down 0.08%. The U.S. Dollar Index rose 1.11%, and the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield closed at approximately 4.998%. Improving risk appetite is therefore coexisting with elevated discount rates, raising the bar for RWA allocation: investors need to compare not only returns on the underlying assets, but also on-chain liquidity and collateral efficiency. 2. Growth in tokenized equities is occurring even as the overall RWA market remains under pressure. As of September 18, Distributed Asset Value across RWAs stood at $38.503 billion, down 1.13% week over week, while tokenized equities reached $3.056 billion, up 6.03%. This week's data are better explained by capital reallocating across different RWA segments than by a broad-based expansion of the entire RWA market. 3. For exchanges, the opportunity lies in connecting spot holdings, collateral, and derivatives. Reality's distributed asset value stands at approximately $155 million, while eligible rTokens can already be used within Bitget's UTA margin framework. Across CoinGlass's verifiable sample of 177 TradFi instruments, open interest reached approximately $11.498 billion, up 2.06% week over week, even as weekly trading volume declined 7.60%. The medium-term opportunity remains intact, but deeper utilization will depend on liquidity, collateral use, and sustained trading activity. 4.Assets to watch: BTC, ETH, SOL, NEAR, ZEC, gold, tokenized U.S. equities, COST. 5.Key metrics to watch: rToken collateral utilization, the durability of TradFi open interest and trading volume, and next week's employment and consumer data.
