GDEV Launches Cash Tender Offer for $20 Million of Shares

07:32 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- GDEV (GDEV) said Monday it launched a tender offer to purchase up to $20 million of its common shares, or about 1.8 million common shares at $11.03 in cash per share. The purchase price is equivalent to the stock's trailing volume weighted average price for the 10 trading days before Aug. 28, the company said. The offer is set to expire Sept. 28, GDEV said, adding it plans to hold the repurchased stock as treasury shares. Shares of GDEV were up more than 6% in premarket activity Monday.
