Boreal Gold Raises C$215,100 After Closing First Tranche of Private Placement

12:11 PM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Boreal Gold (BGLD.CN) closed the first tranche of financing of a non-brokered private placement, raising C$215,100, it said in a statement on Monday. The first tranche consisted of the issuance of 717,000 flow through shares at C$0.30 apiece. Boreal Gold intends to use the proceeds for activities at its Fay Lake, North Star Lake, and Melgurd Lake properties in Manitoba. The company's shares last traded Aug. 27, closing at C$0.175 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
