Greenbrier CEO Lorie Tekorius to Retire Early 2027

04:42 PM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Greenbrier (GBX) said Monday its chief executive officer and president Lorie Tekorius will retire on Jan. 6, 2027, following its annual meeting of shareholders. The railcar manufacturer has picked Brian Comstock, its executive vice president and president, The Americas, to succeed Tekorius, according to a statement. Tekorius will not stand for re-election as a director at the annual meeting, the company said, adding that Comstock is expected to take Tekorius's place on board of directors.
