Array Technologies Completes Affordable Wire Management Acquisition

04:43 PM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Array Technologies (ARRY) said late Monday it completed its acquisition of Affordable Wire Management, a provider of wire management and cable protection for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. The acquisition is expected to be at least high-single-digit accretive to Array's adjusted earnings per share in the first year before synergies, the company said. Array previously said total consideration for the deal is $203 million, including a $153 million base purchase price and up to $50 million in additional consideration.
