Lifeward Names Josh Hexter as Interim CEO and Rami Aviram as CFO

04:44 PM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lifeward (LFWD) said late Monday it appointed Josh Hexter as interim chief executive officer, effective Sept. 1, and Rami Aviram as chief financial officer, effective Nov. 1. Hexter succeeds Mark Grant, who has chosen to depart from Lifeward to pursue other opportunities. Grant will remain with the company as a consultant through Sept. 30, working closely with Hexter to ensure a smooth transition, the company said. Over the course of his career, Hexter has served as chief operating and business officer at Oramed Pharmaceuticals, chief business officer at BrainsWay, executive director of Corporate In-Licensing at BioLineRx, and chief executive officer at Biosensor Systems Design, the company added. Aviram most recently served as chief financial officer at Beewise, the company said.
