Eos Energy Enterprises Files Prospectus Relating to Share Sale by Selling Securityholders

05:20 PM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eos Energy Enterprises (EOSE) filed a registration statement Monday covering the potential resale of up to 56.5 million shares by the selling securityholders issuable upon exercise of the Frontier Warrants, the exchange rights, the purchase agreement warrant and conversion of the series B preferred stock. Eos said it will not receive proceeds from the resale of the shares by selling securityholders.
