Cerebras Systems Developing AI Data Center in Finland

05:41 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cerebras Systems (CBRS) is developing a new artificial intelligence data center in Mikkeli, Finland, the company said Tuesday. The facility, developed in partnership with Compute Nordic Finland, will scale in phases to 165 megawatts of contracted IT capacity. Construction on the initial 50-MW phase has started, Cerebras said. The agreement is backed by various service orders, each with seven-year contract terms. Cerebras shares were down 2.4% in premarket activity.
