Lundin Mining Discloses Updated Share Capital, Share Buyback Program

06:51 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lundin Mining's (LUN.TO) issued and outstanding shares has increased by 44,794 month over month to 851.3 million common shares with voting rights as of Aug. 31 as a result of the exercise of employee stock options or the vesting of employee share units. During this period, Lundin Mining did not purchase any shares for cancellation under its normal course issuer bid, the company said Monday. Lundin Mining's board has also approved an increase of up to $100 million to its NCIB for the rest of 2026. The company is committed to allocating up to $150 million in annual share buybacks.
