07:54 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Descartes Systems Group (DSGX) has acquired California-based warehouse software provider Extensiv for $120 million in cash, Descartes said Tuesday. The deal expands Descartes' inventory management capabilities for third-party logistics providers and ecommerce brands, the company said. Extensiv supplies artificial intelligence software to automate order processing, inventory tracking, and billing on different sales platforms, Descartes said.
