TTM Technologies Pick of the Week at Smart Insider Following Chair, CEO Share Purchases

09:22 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TTM Technologies (TTMI) was Smart Insider's stock pick of the week after Chief Executive Edwin Roks and Chair Rex Geveden bought company shares. Roks, who became CEO in September 2025, acquired $1.1 million in stock at $111.77 apiece on Aug. 25, increasing his holding by 18%, Smart Insider said in a Tuesday note. The purchase was his first since joining the company and followed more than two decades at Teledyne Technologies (TDY), where he did not buy shares, according to the note. Geveden, chair since May 2021, bought $524,500 in stock at $104.90 apiece on Aug. 24, lifting his ownership by 5%, according to Smart Insider. It was also his first purchase at TTM Technologies, Smart Insider said. Smart Insider said the purchases are "interesting" owing to the company's recent share price weakness and the size of the transactions. Smart Insider ranked TTM Technologies +1, indicating a strong positive signal.
