Ahead of the Fed's September policy meeting, Federal Reserve Governor Michael Barr said if data trends give him confidence that inflation is moderating on a path to 2%, the Fed could take a 'bit more time' to assess their policy stance. "Fed's Barr: Central Bank Should Act Decisively to Raise Rates if Inflation Does Not Appear to be Moderating Sufficiently," at 9:05 ET, incorrectly said the Fed's September interest rate meeting was underway.
