Shares slumped nearly 59% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 20.9 million from a daily average of about 1.3 million. Enovis (ENOV) has signed a binding offer to acquire eCential Robotics for 176 million euros ($204 million) in cash, plus up to 35 million euros in milestone payments, the company said Tuesday. BMO Capital adjusted the Enovis price target to $27 from $30, while maintaining its outperform rating.
