G-III Apparel, WHP Global Complete Marc Jacobs Acquisition

04:32 PM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- G-III Apparel Group (GIII) and WHP Global completed the acquisition of the Marc Jacobs brand from LVMH, and a joint venture will co-own the label's intellectual property, the companies said Tuesday. WHP Global and G-III each own a 50% stake in the venture, with WHP Global leading global brand licensing and G-III running the operating business, including wholesale, retail and e-commerce.
