PACS Group To Acquire Operations Of 32 Florida Facilities

04:46 PM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PACS Group (PACS) said late Tuesday its subsidiaries have struck deals to buy the operations of 32 nursing facilities in Florida. The facilities, with a combined 4,049 licensed skilled nursing beds, will be leased from subsidiaries of one of its REIT landlords, Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI), the company said. The addition significantly expands its reach in the South, the firm said. The transaction is expected to close in Q4.
