Yatra Online's Board Rejects Magna Holdings' Unsolicited Tender Offer

05:30 PM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Yatra Online's (YTRA) board unanimously rejected the unsolicited partial tender offer from Magna Holdings to acquire up to 20 million shares for $1.10 each. Yatra said Tuesday the board, along with independent financial and legal advisors, determined the offer is inadequate and undervalues the company. The board recommended that stockholders reject the offer and not tender any of their shares, the company said. "Magna is a recently formed entity with no operating history," Yatra said. "Magna has declined to provide its financial statements and has disclosed no committed financing and no evidence of available funds."
