Constellation Brands to Redeem Senior Notes Due 2027

05:56 PM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Constellation Brands (STZ) said late Tuesday it has issued notice for full redemption prior to maturity for all of its outstanding 4.350% senior notes due 2027, to be effected on Sept. 18 and payable in cash. There were $600 million of the notes outstanding as of Tuesday, the company said.
