11:21 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- New Fortress Energy (NFE) said Thursday it expects trading of its class A common shares to be halted before 8 p.m. ET Thursday to execute a 1-for-50 reverse stock split. The energy firm said it expects split-adjusted trading to resume Monday on Nasdaq, pending the finalization of an ongoing restructuring transaction, the company said.
