According to reports, a newly released corporate registration document shows that U.S. electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla has established a subsidiary in Vietnam, marking the company’s official entry into one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing electric vehicle markets. The document shows that the new company is named "Tesla Motors Vietnam Limited Liability Company" and has completed registration in Ho Chi Minh City, with a registered capital of VND 7.7667 billion (USD 3 million).
