Salesforce, Nvidia Introduce CRM Reasoning Model for Agentforce

09:41 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce (CRM) and Nvidia (NVDA) on Tuesday introduced Salesforce's first customer relationship management reasoning model for Agentforce called Koa. Koa was built by post-training Nvidia Nemotron 3 Super open-source model with a proprietary synthetic dataset modeled on enterprise knowledge from almost three decades of CRM deployments, according to the companies. The companies added that they are also bringing Nemotron-based models and accelerated computing into Missionforce, a business unit of Salesforce. Koa is already in use inside Salesforce, and is now moving into customer pilots with 1-800Accountant, Baxter Credit Union, Engine, Formula 1, UChicago Medicine, and Xero, the companies said.
