10:16 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Jazz Pharmaceuticals (JAZZ) has completed its acquisition of privately held Actio Biosciences for $820 million upfront, the company said Tuesday. The acquisition adds ABS-1230, a clinical-stage investigational therapy for KCNT1-related epilepsy, to Jazz Pharmaceuticals' pipeline. ABS-1230 is an oral, small-molecule KCNT1 inhibitor being developed for KCNT1-related epilepsy. Price: 244.75, Change: -1.12, Percent Change: -0.46
