04:34 PM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TFI International (TFII.TO, TFII) after the market close on Tuesday, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per outstanding common share of its capital payable on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 30. Shares of the company dropped $0.23 to $133.29 in after-hours US trading after closing up CA$2.64 to CA$185.79 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
