MT newswireMT newswire2026/09/16 15:54
11:54 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Forgent Power Solutions (FPS) is providing a blueprint for growth following its fiscal Q4 results beat and growing backlog on record orders, Oppenheimer said in a report Wednesday. The company also guided fiscal 2027 metrics some 20% above market estimates, the report said. The note said its customer wallet share growth and modular bookings showed effectiveness in leveraging its advantages on capacity/lead times, customization, and cross-selling. Investments to accelerate growth continue to reflect in near-term margin trends, the report added. "We view de-rating as well overdone in view of FPS's higher multiyear organic growth trajectory," the note said. Oppenheimer kept its outperform rating and a $60 price target.
