BlackBerry Likely to Report Q2 Revenue Above Expectations, RBC Says

11:07 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BlackBerry (BB) will likely report fiscal Q2 revenue ahead of consensus estimates, RBC Capital Markets said Monday in a report. RBC expects revenue to rise 14% to $148 million from a year earlier, at the high-end of guidance of $137 million to $148 million and above the $146 million consensus estimate. BlackBerry has a history of "quarterly guidance conservatism," and adjusted EBITDA and EPS may also top consensus estimates, the report said. BlackBerry is facing a "mixed auto environment," though "software content per vehicle is rising," RBC said. BlackBerry will likely reaffirm its fiscal 2027 outlook after an increase last quarter, the report said. Results are due Thursday.
